Navigating folders in Jira (SharePoint / OneDrive)

Your Microsoft account must be connected to Jira and the SharePoint / OneDrive integration must be enabled.

Using Connectors for Jira, you can browse folders without leaving Jira.

Opening a folder

You can open folders to display their contents.

To open a folder:

• Click the folder’s name. Alternatively, open the folder’s menu on the right and select Open folder.

You must click the folder’s name or use the menu to open the folder. Clicking anywhere else on the folder will not open it.

The folder’s files and subfolders will appear.

Going back to parent folders

Once you’ve opened a folder, a breadcrumb will appear at the top of the file and folder list. Click a folder in the trail to return to it.
