Accessing file or folder details

Your Google account must be connected to Jira and the Google Drive integration must be enabled.

You can view details for files or folders in Google Drive directly in Jira. File details include the name and information about when the file or folder was created and modified. Linked files and folders will also have an additional Linking information section that displays the user that linked the file or folder and the date they did so.

To see file or folder details:

Open the file or folder’s menu.

Select See details. The file or folder’s details will appear in the left part of the window.

Users will only be able to access files and folders that their Google account has the right permissions for. See the Google Drive integration FAQ for more information.
