The customer list lets you search for customers and gives you summarized information on each customer at a glance.
If you want to work with your customer list in a spreadsheet, you can also export your customer list!
You can open a customer’s detail form by selecting them in the list.

Banning the customer
For one reason or another, you might want to prevent a customer from participating in your reward programs.
You can achieve this by banning the customer.
Add or deduct points
At any time, you can adjust the customer’s point total by adding or deducting points. It is useful for cases like a manual adjustment, as a gift or to correct an error.
Optionally, you can notify the customer of the adjustment.
Change the customer’s VIP tier
You can force a customer to a specific VIP tier, bypassing the tier’s conditions.
