The following settings apply to all VIP tiers at the same time.
Milestone
Indicates the amount of time the customer has to achieve a VIP tier. After this time frame, all conditions are reset.
Lifetime as a rewards member
Once a customer achieves a tier, they will keep their status forever.
Calendar year
A calendar year milestone will use all of your customer’s activities within one calendar year to determine their VIP tier for that year and the following calendar year.
