Email settings
You can customize the sender email the app will use to send out emails.
When you create a sender, it needs to go through an approval process to be actively used.

The email address you specified will receive an email with a link to confirm its legitimacy
Customer emails
You can tailor each of the app’s email templates to match your brand.
Additionally, if you disable some email templates. Disabled email templates are not sent to the customer.
Ban by tags
For one reason or another, you might want to prevent certain customers from participating in your reward programs. To achieve this, you can ban them individually, or you can mass-ban them by tags.
Banned customers cannot participate in the reward programs.
